Pretty much. The exception are mats that you can still get from garrisons but are a huge pain in the ass. You will literally sit on thousands of ore,herbs,leather with little chances to sell it

I'm happy to hear this, I actually very much enjoy the garrison system for some reason.
Once I'm finished with my horde character I'm looking forward to doing it building it on my alliance one as well.
