My mom signed up for something from the electric company, that somehow lowers our $400(usd) bill. She said they are going to put regulators on "stuff" inside the house. Does anyone know what the regulators do? Will they ruin performance on my computer? What are they? She doesn't even know...
Although i don't know, I'm guessing they limit and equalize the power.
She sounds very smart [/sarcasm] She signed up for something without researching it first?

For some reason, I don't buy it.
Maybe they are going to meassure how much power your household is using. And later on they will give your mom advice about how to save energy up to 400. Say goodbye to your computer. =D
