It works really well, the underwater sections are a bit awkward though but still manageable.

I bought a special Edition 3DS LL when MH4 was released here, unfortunately it was stolen from my old work just before I left.

My ex bugged me to start playing with here and since Nintendo region locks their consoles LIKE A HUGE GAPING FAGGOT I decided I'd kill 2 birds with one stone and get the bundle for my JP 3DS. very beautiful 3DS, it kind pisses me off the US doesn't do MH edition 3DS in the US or EU.

As a Veteran of the series, MH3U for the 3DS handles VERY well, it has an auto lock feature where you can lock onto a monster and tapping the R button centers the monster on the camera. Compared to PSP or PS2 it takes abit to get used to though.

Amazon still sells these babies for a little over the original price. I MIGHT do a guts swap with a US XL when MH4 comes out in the US so I can play with my friends.
