I remembered that there used to be a website that works like the following:
-You upload all the pictures that you would like to use as your avatar
-The website returns a link, and you utilize this link as the source to your avatar, in your forum CP
-Everytime when a user refreshes a page with your posts, your avatar changes into one of the picture that you have uploaded.
I know this site exists, I simply have forgotten its name and URL. Does anyone know where this site is?
