Bad jokes aside, since this game was made by Treyarch, how much has improved from the other games? I always wanted to try this game, but I never found it cheap to buy since Activision rarely put COD games on sale, even COD 1 & 2 are still at $20.
I also wish the series had more singleplayer/offline mode support, I'm not good with online stuff.

Black Ops 2 is very good. Campaign has a lot of fresh additions and the multiplayer is better than ever. It's good.

had £3 spare in my bank so I decided to get the bacon camo and the extra slots.
Apparently purchasing any of the camo's gets you the elite camo as well.

I don't see why the fuck the flag packs need to be DLC personally but hey good selection
I finally for once understand what people are talking about when they say stuff is taken out of the core game to be sold as DLC. Those flags have always been in the base game. Fuck off, Treyarch.

You get the elite camo for signing up for the Blackops 2 version of COD Elite, which is free. I got mine without doing anything so it may just come free through steam.
PC has no Elite, so it gets it anyways.
