[B]Our Rules[/B]

1. If you've got a problem with someone, address it. But seriously? NOT starting shit is ideal. It's a gift giving thread, not a "I h8 u lol let's fight" thread. Spread the love, dammit.

2. Want to make the new thread? Go for it, just make sure with Pascall, Reecematee, TheBrokenHobo, Makol, or Murdoco that it’s a-ok. We don’t want multiples of threads goin’ around.

3. Ask away! – Ask as many times for something as you want, just don’t make it every other post. Usually people will see your post and will gift you if they can. Reposting twice a page is usually enough, but more is alright if the thread is moving quickly.

4. Don’t have fake raffles or fake gifts. Really? That’s just mean. Usually it just takes up pages too and even after it’s revealed to be fake, people are still wanting to participate. So just don’t do it.

5. Want to change the winner of a raffle? Go for it. It's your money. Don't expect to be particularly popular though.

6. [B]TRADING IS NOW ALLOWED.[/B] Trade all you want.

7. Don’t act entitled. If you gifted, don’t expect something back. You gift out of the kindness of your own heart, not because you want something in return.

8. Want your own "trading emporium" in the OP? PM Pascall. She'll determine if you have enough trading goods to open up your own.

[B]Q: What is a "leecher"?[/B]
[I]A: Leechers are those who NEVER EVER contribute in any way and all they do is beg for games in every post in the threads. They don't even bother to talk to people, just beg. These people shouldn't receive gifts, nor should they be able to participate in raffles, so look out for them. But it is ultimately your choice if you want to gift them or not.[/I]

[B]Q: What is a "beggar"?[/B]
[I]A: While the term "beggar" is really loose in this new string of threads, a beggar is basically the same thing as a leecher, only they simply spam their request over and over and over acting like nobody has seen them. If you see one of these people, just tell them to slow down on their posting. If they keep doing it, then just ignore them.[/I]

[B]Q: What can I do to contribute?[/B]
[I]A: Anything! Chat with others, be friendly, gift, draw people things, help people out with issues they may have with games or with Steam. Anything you can offer the thread is very welcome. :][/I]

[B]Q: What's with all the different GGT threads?[/B]
[I]A: There was a lot of drama recently with people arguing over the ownership of the thread. In the new GGT, everyone is an equal owner and everyone who is active is free to make the thread when the time comes AS LONG as they make sure with myself (Pascall) that it's alright, that way we don't have more multiples. I'll usually choose the next thread maker towards the end of the thread. Just make sure you're an active poster and you'll have a chance to make a version of GGT.[/I]

[B]Q: How do we hold raffles?[/B]
[I]A: Raffles can be done in various ways, depending on what you feel like doing! Most of the time, people ask the participants to pick a number closest to one of the raffle holder's choosing and whoever is closest wins. Sometimes people just put participants' names into [/I][URL="http://randomizer.org/"][I]randomizer.org[/I][/URL][I] to choose the winner. But you can get as creative with raffles as you want as long as you don't make it so difficult that no one can participate! Well, you CAN, but don't expect a lot of participants.[/I]

[B]Q: What should be included in a banner?[/B]
[I]A: Banners are best when they include your Steam name. (Pictures and art make them look cool!) Just take a look at some of the already existing banners and you'll get an idea of what you should include. Although try and keep the game requests to the updateable gift list. Think of the banners as sort of a "hi my name is" thing.[/I]

[highlight]These are the people who you really shouldn’t gift for one reason or another. They’re either trolls, ungrateful people, or have cheated or lied in a raffle or while holding a raffle.[/highlight]
