You know, at first i hated the change they did to this game, and while i still wish it was like the original one, i think it actually looks like a fun hack and slash game.
But i still dont see how it fits in the MGS story technologically speaking.
Limited Editions are so silly.
I just hope this game doesn't turn out to be absolute garbage. It originally looked pretty great.

It looks sorta ridiculous but in a fun way.
Also apparently kojima and co. got more involved in it than they originally intended so it might have a good story atleast, gameplay looks neat though, the free cutting mechanic is still there.
played it at pax prime.
it's Really good gameplay, hell you can sneak if your good enough.

I was speaking to a friend who played this at Gamescom (I think that's the one anyway), he said he managed to crash the PS3 they were showing it on by just overdoing the slashing mechanic :v: But other than that he said it seemed pretty fun, if a bit underwhelming in terms of character in the bosses the showed off.

10 bucks says the metal gear will have more character than the villians.

I hope they keep solidus in just flashbacks, since i know they got john cygan to do voice work for him, we dont need him coming back from the dead, especially after how he went out.
I played on a Xbox controller, im guessing it was a PC build.
