It says right in the description that the game uses revolutionary facial animation technology so I would assume that it still does.

This game is only good for facial animations. It really doesn't have the freedom like GTA games, since you're a cop. Don't get your expectations too high.
I mean it's amazing to play it through once and think about all the clue, but once you finish it, there no point in playing it again, since you know everything about the murders.

PS3 timed exclusive DLC, after a few months it was released for the 360 as paid DLC
It's really not anything of a challenge. Even if it's got a good atmosphere all you really do is take the car to the next room, walk around there until you hear a sound, repeat that until you hear another sound, then your character solves whatever the problem is for you. Only once did I have to think myself outside of the interrogations (and those are usually really easy), and even then I got the answer to the question after a minute or so of thinking.
It's just not hard at all, and quite repetitive. It's a unique game and all, but I'd recommend waiting until a sale.
