Is Freecom Mobile Drive xxs External HDD Compatible With The PS3

I've been looking for a external hardrive for my ps3 and i like the look of the Freecom Mobile Drive xxs

Can anyone tell me if this is compatible with my ps3.
If it's not then could someone please tell me a external hardrive that is.

I don't know much about ps3 and how they work in compatibility but if you put games on that it would be very slow if the ps3 supports ext usb drives at all

The ps3 does support external usb drives, but I'm not sure if it does with this one.
And I don't want to put games on it, Only media like videos and music.

Are you sure about that?
Have you got this drive or do you know someone who does?

It should just see it as external storage. And you can't put games on it anyway. If you backup your PS3 it will, but you won't be able to access them.

Ok,
I don't want to backup my games I just want to put videos and stuff on there.
Also can anyone else give me more information about if this would work or not because I don't want to buy this unless I know it will work with my ps3.
