Alt (if you don't have the menu bar enabled, otherwise skip this step)->view->page style then make sure "basic page style" is ticked. It looks like you have the "no style" option ticked.
god fucking damn it was because i had adblock on. sorry.
You must have somehow managed to block the site's stylesheet then. You should check your AdBlock rules and try to find it then unblock it if it's there.
