The games are mostly worthless used. Without the accessories I could buy all of those games used from gamestop for 75$. The headset is $20 at the cheapest and the guitar pro controller is $130 new can't find anything used
For all of it I'd suggest maybe try getting 150 to 180

Your best bet though is to separate it. All the games and the headset for $60 and the controller for $80
