So i fried some RAM chips because i didn't put them in right and now my comp won't boot up, i get 3 beeps which is the

will my RAM slots be fried, or is it possible my CPU is fried, the computer powers up and then the CPU fan DOES spin but it doesn't boot up and it just gives the 3 beeps
the reason i ask is im about to buy the same mobo and i want to know if i can just swap all my parts over....
