Not going to lie, Seems pretty neat for a kinect game.
And yet, the only aspect that'll work well will be the Dance mode.
But I digress; this appears to have some potential, even if the graphics don't look all that great. Also, if the spellcasting works better if you have a stick of some sorts in your casting hand, similar to how Star Wars Kinect allegedly works better with one of those toy lightsabers, that would be kinda cool.
Still, a game with wand-based spellcasting should probably be on PS3, using those glowy wand things that are part of the PlayStation Move. Speaking of wands, has any character in the Potterverse dual-wielded wands?
Nonetheless, it does indeed look sort of promising; hopefully it'll do most things right. I wonder if they'll have a potion-making minigame in there, since the Potterverse indeed has potions.
And of course, a crappy compilation of mini games
i'd rather have a game where you can go around a city area picking up stuff and people with telekinesis u throwing em around using the stupid motion controls than this shit
but of course we need 5000 dancing games instead of something new that sounds just a tiny bit fun
Ahaha, when it uses the face-capturing that was just funny.
It's horrifying at best, but it's better than having Twilight Sparkle staring at me and doing some weird head-dance as I type out this post. I'm not sure I even want to know what the damn thing's doing...
This is really giving me bad signs of what their E3 will be like....
She's smiling all the fucking time it's hilarious

You should just give a copy to your friend and instead of taking a picture of your face use a different part of your body, if you catch my drift
Now, imagine the game is kind of a freeroam game at the end and you get to do things and duel people.

"FLIPENDO!"

I'm excited for this
we can finally learn who's the better dancer, Dumbledore or Voldemort!
It said I could play as my favorite wizard.
If I cant play as that black kid whos always in the backround in all the movies then this game is full of shit and lying to me.

Dean Thomas?
I already know, somewhere, some FPer will get this, and hold a picture of Ainsley Harriott up to the kinect's camera. Or at least one will consider it
A short step into the future, in a magical world not that different for us except magic...
*random people flailing about dancing to "I'm Harry Potter"*
...What abomination have we created? :tinfoil:
If there's a dance mode, I'm never going to be able to look at a Harry Potter book or movie the same way again.
If there is, then the final boss fight against Voldemort should be an epic dance-off. Or alternatively an engaging replication of the actual wizard duel with the wands and the arcane lightning.

But it's for Kinect! We need it to show off the Kinect, just like Kinect Star Wars did! If we did that then why not just use a controller?!
Therefore, dancing.
The dancing segment is obviously going to be during the Yule Ball.
No dancing segment? What the fuck EA
Now all we need is someone to use Freddy Krueger's face in this.
No one I know even has a kinect, not even the casuals. How is kinect still alive?
Oh right, microsoft keeps pumping money into a failure.
GOTY ALL YEARS
Im really curious on the type of meetings microsoft has on kinect.
Do they really have like 15 people in a room really thinking the kinect was a good idea and still worth making shit for?
Actually any company with motion controls, I dont want to fuck around waving shit to play my game.
I want to sit down, be comfortable, and have solid controls, not strap my self into some shitty remote or dance on some camera.
I was thinking about the entire 'your face for the player's face' setup and I know someone will put a picture of a cock or something then play it with their friend "here i made an account for you"

Its also just weird considering there's no facial expression. At all.
SWISH AND FLICK
Will it have Flipendo?
That's pretty much the only standard I hold Harry Potter games to.
RIDICULOUS
