My computer screen thinks it's bigger than it actually is...

My computer often cuts off around a fourth of the webpages I go onto, and for things like Toribash this is bad, as it renders the game nearly unplayable unless you constantly adjust the window...

How do I make the screen fit my physical screen better without nearly anihilating everything into tiny un detailed pixels? I have a non-vista pc.

A non-vista pc? What the hell is that supposed to mean, give us your OS. And is 1/4 of your monitor always cut off? Or just in Toribash/web.
