This doesn't sound like an adbot title or anything
A tablet priced less than Ipad? I never thought this day would come! All bow down to Toshiba! :worship:
BBC is so late, there are already 2 honeycomb tablets under the price of the ipad
I've heard of tons of tablets that cost hundreds less than the iPad, this isn't really news...
BBC is all over Apple's dick.
And still tablet producers fail to see that what I want in a tablet is essentially regular old windows, but with a cool touch screen. None of this propriety tablet OS bullshit that restricts the user and treats them like a slow learner who doesn't understand how to operate technology. [editline]4th June 2011[/editline] Why don't Adobe make a tablet. Have it come with photoshop, illustrator and a few of their other graphic-oriented programs and give the user the ability to use either their finger or a stylus/pen. Then let them connect it up to a PC and use it like a graphics tablet too. It'd be a graphics tablet that you could disconnect and use elsewhere (including on the bus). They'd make millions.
Or they could use something specifically designed to be the most optimal way of utilising their hardware.
Or they could just use android and steer clear of windows which is a complete resource whore on a mobile device. I hope windows 8 changes this, however.

Not everything has to be a choice between good and evil, I'm optomistic Adobe could come up with a good design for an operating system.
I swear there's a new tablet coming out every week.
I can get you a laptop with a i5 for under the price of a ipad.
yeah but is the screen a wacom cintiq?
yeah but is the screen a wacom cintiq?
I saw a comparison a month or two ago, and I think that the EEE slate beat it, surprisingly.
There's no real good windows interface *yet*. Windows 8 will probably change all that if they can keep the spec requirements down.
I liked the tablet tools that came with XP tablet 2005. I'm actually using them to type this.
I saw a comparison a month or two ago, and I think that the EEE slate beat it, surprisingly.
Really really doubt that. It's way too cheap to beat cintiq. I mean, cintiq is just a tablet, not a computer and is more expensive, while this is a computer and a drawing tablet + better than cintiq? So doubt it. But if in some miraculous way it actually is, I bow to them
