I have decided I want to build a 2 disk RAID array for my computer to boot from as my current disks are old and bottle necking my system, I would rather have them as storage. I will probably buy 2 of these discs to RAID :

I am doing this for performance reasons, my other two drives are SATAI 500gb drives, one is seagate and the other is western digital. These drives are slowed than the SATAII drives apparently, but if I were to RAID these two together would it be as fast as if I RAID two SATAII drives?
Secondly my new graphics card cannot accommodate two analogue VGA outputs, so for my dual monitor setup to work I require at least one DVI cable. I would like to buy 2 DVI cables to connect my monitors to my desktop, but am unsure as to what cables I actually require. According to this diagram:

My graphics card has DVI-I outputs (female), and my monitors have DVI-D inputs (female).
Thanks for any replies!
The Caviar blue RAID would probably be faster than the Seagate + WD RAID, depending on the speeds of the drives.
You're best of getting a DVI-D cable since DVI-I works with all DVI-I works with all connectors.

Whoeps, what happened there, what i meant was that DVI-I female connections can take all other connections.
