So i want to have 20 minutes videos or more, and when i heard the time thing updated, i knew i could but it doesn't say anywhere i can, i didn't get any strikes in Copyright and its in good standing (Same with my account) Could it done it without a message? And if it did how would i find out?
I'm sure it was just up to 20 minutes you were allowed, not over 20 minutes.
It's 15 minutes, not 20. You can have this limit removed if you have a directors account, or a Youtube Partner account. The latter is no longer available, and a partner account is hard to get. To get a partner account, you need an adsense account, and you need to fill out lots of paperwork about how you will use the partner account. Youtube then has to approve your application (they won't always approve) so you need to give a good reason to have one. I got a partner account, and the red tape associated with one took about 2 months to do. You're better off splitting your videos into parts.

Anyone without any copyright strikes can have unlimited time in videos now. Did you go to the Upload page and see if there is a message there about the unlimited time? If there isn't a message there, contact support or search around

As long as you see this at the top of the upload page, you're set: I even have a DMCA take down notice on my account.
I don't have it.
I don't have it either, even though I got the message before. For some reason, I think it was disabled from me
