I thought they were going back in to manufacturing PCs?
Anyway, the last CEO REALLY screwed the company up this year, hopefully HP will manage to survive this.
It honestly wouldn't surprise me if that CEO was a Dell plant that got lucky.
It's not great, but looking at the situation Whitman is coming in to deal with, I think it could have been worse. Here's hoping things can turn up now that they have a new chief executive.
Even though I never use prebuilt PC's, I still feel sorry for them, but god their craplets (preinstalled software) is the worst, and gives Windows users bad experiences.
