We don't go to Ravenholm. One of those levels you wish you could wipe from your memory and go into blind. And when you visit [sp]Ravel Puzzlewell's home plane[/sp] in Planescape Torment. So much anticipation.

Moonside in Earthbound. More like a "Place-Level"

Call Of Duty 4: "Shock and Awe", and the following "Aftermath". Half-Life: The parking lot with the Gargantua in "Surface Tension". Sonic 3 & Knuckles: The whole game is my favorite level. Deus Ex: Liberty Island

Infilterating Shinra Headquarters (FVII), Samara and Tali's loyalty missions, all recruitment missions (except mordins) (ME2), Borg ship (elite force 2) and Ganon's tower from OoT

Another great part for me was Forge of Hours in that old game from the Xbox, Blinx.

I can't think of a real good one at the moment, but Payday The Heist, whenever you and your friends (preferably with mics) are going for the escape. Nothing better than sprinting for the rescue with your friends cheering as the the escape countdown thumps with the last 10 seconds

Deus ex hong kong. Could play that for days.

Halo: Assault on the control room That one was quite long and enjoyable level over all. I loved both sneaking past / assassinating the enemies and wrecking large group of Covenants with Scorpion while having friendlies helping out, even better if you managed to hijack the Banshee near the end of that level and cause even more chaos.

The part of Mass Effect where you crash the Mako through space and time itself, only to land on two Geth. That was glorious.

CoD4: All Ghillied Up. I love the setting, I love the sneakiness of it, and it's just all around awesome. Pulling it off undetected makes you feel like such a badass. No other game has quite come close to that level.

Definitely the 1,000 Heartless Battle from Kingdom Hearts II.
