I don't get why people joke so much over this. Yes, I agree policing the internet is a silly idea, but being able to protect isn't that stupid, and doing an attack over the internet can do great damage.
As long as these "cyberwarriors" won't try to policing I don't have any issues, but I can see why it'd be in the interest of the millitary to have one.
