Hey guys, Im working on a Galipoli map for a WW1 game and am experiencing a weird crash. Its weird because I havent even added but a displacement so far. This is just the first 15 minutes of it and thats it. Mainly just testing if it will be too steep to go up the cliff. I can understand a crash when I start adding a whole bunch of props, textures, sprites and the rest of the normal stuff, but this is just a displacement so far!? Here are some pics:
These first two pics are what the map looks like in hammer. As you can see I have about...perhaps 18 blocks that make up the cliff head. I have them small So I can get sharp edges when I go in later to give the cliff a makeover and to change a few textures where rock formations will be.

So once I compile (which is EXTREMLY FAST btw, it takes me to the load screen and loads like normal. But when I get to the map it doesnt show the map at all. And yes, I have player start, camera and spawn spec.

I can still manage to join a team though and it spawns me correctly most of the time. Other times I crash when the respawn timer hits zero.

This is where I crash 100% of the rest of the time. As soon as I move or jerk my mouse to look somewhere else I crash.
