Pretty sure I had well over 2 hours and I got the game refunded within a couple hours of putting up a request. I'd like to check how many hours I had in it but I'm not sure how now that the game's not on my list anymore.
The same thing happened with Killing Floor 2 when it left Early Access. Anyone with any amount of hours could refund.

See this is really inconsistent. I got my copy a [I]long [/I]time ago and it got refunded within hours of requesting it.
