There's nothing really worth adding to the series anyway, the main storyline is closed and every blind spot in Krato's life was more or less closed with two spin-offs.

Yeah I saw the ending already. And there's really nothing much to say about it. What is supposed to be a clue of a potential follow up here ? A small discrete barely noticeable laugh covered by all the storm going on ?

Kratos dies with a giant hole through his chest and this time around there is no hell to crawl out of, and no god to save him. He's dead, down, and will stay that way (especially since Kratos does not want to come to life again, he wants to stay dead because he accomplished his objective and Earth is a wreck of cataclysm and misery to this point).
