Dear Facepunch,
I am 6' 2", 160 lbs. Tall, pretty skinny build but not awkwardly thin. I have a little extra belly fat I want to get rid of, and I want to build more muscle in my core and upper body. Anyone have a routine they do at the gym for advice? I usually do 30 minutes of cardio then lift weights... 130 lb chest press as much as I can then 60 lb bicep/triceps curls. Then a couple types of crunches and Russian twists.
