now they can fit all the players on a colossal 31 player server hooray!
jokes aside they really need to test high pop considering the flood of f2p players when november rolls around
I fear it may be too late, the water has flooded the hull and lower decks.
anyone will play a game for free, even if it a piece of shit i mean, look at the maplestory playerbase
I find it sad that I liked maple better when Nexon took time with their updates. Now it seems like they shit a new one (and new class) out every other month. Oh well, I'll likely give TOR a whirl when it goes F2P. Depending on how I like it, I may subscribe.
I fear it may be too late, the water has flooded the hull and lower decks.
Oh come on we all know TOR is going to get a massive player surge when it goes F2P.
Oh come on we all know TOR is going to get a massive player surge when it goes F2P.
And then it will have a mass exodus a month later when everyone realizes they've done everything they can do besides grind under the F2P system.
anyone will play a game for free, even if it a piece of shit i mean, look at the maplestory playerbase
i mean, look at the tf2 playerbase
Oh come on we all know TOR is going to get a massive player surge when it goes F2P.
Hmmmm, this sentence contains so much misinformation and contradiction... Tell me, do the words 'Bio' and 'Drone' mean anything to you?
Wonder how many of you have jumped onto the SWTOR hate bandwagon and not even tried the game? It's actually decent.
I liked the game very very much. The crafting system for one was something really really really awesome. I bought it on release, when the servers were quite full, and I loved it. Sadly the combat didnt really feel as fluid as I wanted, but I heard they improved it a lot.
i mean, look at the tf2 playerbase
you obviously need to start trying other f2p's if you really think tf2's is bad.
Hmmmm, this sentence contains so much misinformation and contradiction... Tell me, do the words 'Bio' and 'Drone' mean anything to you?
What? How am I a biodrone? I absolutely hate TOR and everything it's done to the KOTOR series but I'm not an idiot that thinks no ones going to jump at the chance to play a free Star Wars game.
Wonder how many of you have jumped onto the SWTOR hate bandwagon and not even tried the game? It's actually decent.
It had fun leveling. I loved the Imperial Agent story, and going through the planets with some friends was great fun. But the PVE, PVP, crafting, economy, and basically everything else is done better in WoW or GW2. I feel like I got more than my $60 out of the one time purchase but no way in hell I'd pay monthly. Looking forward to F2P transition to try the other stories.
Hmmmm, this sentence contains so much misinformation and contradiction... Tell me, do the words 'Bio' and 'Drone' mean anything to you?
Games with a fraction of the advertising SWTOR gets notice huge bumps in player numbers and revenue by going F2P. It's an easy equation: Free shit + People = Lots of people playing free shit
Great, now more people will be stealing my Quest Nodes. I liked being on a low populated server with friends
These new high capacity servers should be going live within 12 hours. Starting 'super servers' and merging many servers together and according to Bioware even with the increased people per server much lower chance of getting into a queue on the server.
