I would laugh, so hard, but also be intrigued at the amount of detail they would put in their game if they put the proper genitalia in for horses. I could only imagine how many would buy it because of that. I'd totally buy it for other reasons, but just saying, they put a asshole of details into the second one, different breast sizes, vaginas, shaved or trimmed or even full blown.
I wouldn't be surprised if they put a set of tennis balls and the crown of a bat down there along.. I'm putting too much thought into this

Seeing that Crysis 3 has an option to turn them off, I wouldn't be surprised if CDPR added these options, too, to not be behind. In W2 the setting menu has separate application and let's you change a lot of it.

I haven't done much shader programming but I'd imagine that post-processing effects would be ridiculously easy to toggle off.

That's one of things I enjoy the most about the game and why I like talking to the NPC's.
I came into this game thinking Skyrim looked impressive but honestly the witcher 2 puts it to shame.
