Something smells of burning rubber. (Need a New PSU) - Hardware & Software

So I returned to the apartment to find the smell of burning electronics and discovered that the smell was coming from my PSU. So now I am looking for a good 600W+ PSU with 2 x 6pins connectors. I would like to stay below $100 so here is what I've found. Any help would be awesome. If so I'll go with the StealthXStream.
