Been having a good time in Team Fortress until TODAY
Today, when i launched Team Fortress 2, everything seemed normal, i went to practice, choose Payload then Goldrush
Now this is the problem:
Normally (before today), i got a stable 45 FPS in GoldRush, even with full 24 players, and in combat scene
But today, it's different, my game went down to 10 FPS, 22 players (BOT), [b]at Set Up phase[/b], and when viewing the first Cap point area, not even in combat scene

When i just finished loading the map, i got 32 FPS, then rapidly (2-3 FPS per second) drop to 10-11 FPS, then just stay like that
I already tried the FIX on Steam Forum by adding exception scan
I already shutdown background programs, only leave Steam on (46 Processes)
I already defragged my computer (Last night)
I already Validated GCFs
Uninstalled [b]all[/b] Source Mods
Restarted Steam (4 times)
Just updated my graphics driver
Just updated Windows last night (16 updates)

I also notice right after i enabled WinAutoUpdate and when i hadn't have updated drivers, Team Fortress 2 Freezed after each kill i invovled (kill/ being kill) and then Blue Screen'd after that, i stopped playing TF2 until this morning.
Don't ask about my Laptop Specs, it could play TF2 perfectly smooth before, with medium settings, dx80
Did you try playing online or did you just play with bots? Did you try loading a map without bots? And posting your specs is always help full even if you ran the game fine.
Uninstall TF2
