PUBG has banned 250,000 cheaters in the past 3 months

I've got over 200 hours in it so far and haven't encountered one.

until kill cams/replays are put in the game you'll never know if that guy that shot you across the map is just really good/lucky, or using esp and aimbot

Like many large-scale shooters, there are also some lag/tick rate issues. Under the right circumstances, someone can come around a corner and shoot half a mag into you on their screen while they're still squatting in the bathroom on your screen.

out of 100 people every match, i'd be surprised if there wasn't at least one scumbag using cheats

AFAIK they don't count shader mod users as cheaters, even though said shader mods can be made to render enemies as bright green silhouettes.

I'm not sure how much of a problem [I]that[/I] is.

I think I've only seen one so far. Guy got like 5 or 6 headshots back to back within a few seconds of each other on the killfeed. Didn't see his name pop up after that for a while though.
