Razer Black Widow ultimate or not they are really good mechanical keyboards.
For a £100 budget you can get a mechanical keyboard. They come in a large variety. You can refer to this thread for more info: http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1160608 Besides from that what do you want or need from the keyboard? (media keys, number pad, background lighting, macrokeys, N-Key rollover...etc)? From the uses you mentioned a MX Brown type keyboard seem like a nice all rounder.

You should definitely look into mechanical keyboards.
I'd take the Qpad MK-80 over the CM Storm Trigger because the Qpad has blue mechanical switches. If you can find a Trigger with brown switches, then it'd probably be better.
So go for the Qpad MK-80?
Yeah, it's a good board with nice features for the price
The QPAD MK-85 Pro looks good aswell, is this as good as the older version?
They're pretty much the same keyboard AFAIK with minor updates, except the MK-85 has red switches
you should look into which type of mechanical switch you would prefer before choosing

Steelseries 6g V2 without a doubt
the Rosewill RK-9000 is good. simple look and the blue switches make a nice click
