Tried restarting it, didn't work, it also happens with some other Source engine games.
Any help?
TIA
Are you selecting widescreen in the drop down menu if you have a widescreen monitor?
Or maybe it really is max but you're expecting textures from crysis?
If it is showing 4:3 aspect ratio resolutions then just set the aspect ratio to 16:9 and you will have 16:9 resolution options.

I don't see the problem in the screenshot. You have everything on max and the game looks like it is on max.
Set Launch Options for DoD:S (And other Source games if you play them and want the resolution in them).
-W x -H x
Where X is your monitor resolution.
Example, for me at 16:9 (1600x900) I would put in:
-W 1600 -H 900

The gun looks like it's on low settings, or it's just been a long time since I played DOD:S last time. The rest looks like it should, though.
The only textures that don't appear to be maxed are the weapon's. Do you have any skins installed?
