Phantom Pain is releasing sometime next year.

But still the fact that its coming to PC is wonderful, the Rising port was a pretty decent port, so I have confidence in them making this great.

I'd like to take this time to mention that Rising was made by Platinum Games, whilst MGS 5 is being developed by Kojima Productions also doesn't run on the same engine as Rising.

Also, since the game hasn't launched yet, it's probably easier to modify it.
