Velvet Jazz
Fusionpoo here with Crunic working on a PC build, he isnt on these forums but hes taking care of the log at http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=250479. HE doesn't want that name so he stuck to his while I'll stick to mine (Update: He finally changed the name to Velvet Jazz). This will be my first work log, as well as my first Water cooled system. I've already done some work on the system and heres the progress so far. I'll update once I get some more work done. Tell me how I'm doing so far and leave some feedback please =D.
Right now I am waiting on the graphic cards and ram. And I also got some cable management to do.

awesome, another build log
makes me wish we had more of these
I like what you've done with the case, I may have to do something similar with my next build.
goddamn thats a nice ass build
Heres some updates from Crunic: I bought some NZXT Pre Sleeved Extensions and I sleeved some of my own cables as well
This is USB sleeved for the top USB ports:

This is my Sleeved Wires:

I was able to get NZXT Pre Sleeved extensions for: 24 Pin : 6+2 Pin PCI : 8 Pin MoBo : 6 Pin PCI
I love these threads.
They really make me want to fix my crappy cabling job.
we decided on red and white in the beginning in honor of my time on facepunch... and black because it just added more badassery
Good to see another worklog round here, and a good one too, great choice of hardware, although the WD Velociraptor seems pretty redundant. nice watercooling list the EK Supreme is a great waterblock. But you could have sleeved your own cables! :v:
You should compete with Milky's "Project Black/Blue" build.
And have a pole for the nicest one at the end.

Essentially my friend got a huge budget from his college graduation and work and other contributing forces, i think all can agree we went pretty overkill on almost every aspect of the computer.

Sleeving's a bitch

Dont really want to compete, but we can just sit and enjoy the warm glow of our computers
I really like the case.
Yeh, i love what you've done with the case and the water cooling pipes look dynomite. And the motherboard: mind=blown

[editline]08:56PM[/editline]

[editline]09:44PM[/editline]
I knew you guys were making a new build but you never told me you started is what I meant.
What is that ram cooler?
My road bike is red and white! Awesome color combo, great to see a computer that isn't all blacked out.
What is that ram cooler?

a gimmick
Lol, so true
Goddamn! I hope EV Logistics hires me.
A noisy gimmick
And thats why we got rid of it
This build would go good with the samsung rose.
What kind of paint did you use? I wanna paint my Armour+ black on the inside.
What kind of paint did you use? I wanna paint my Armour+ black on the inside.
We used a gray primer and black spray paint that we got from home depot, this is the brand, we went with non gloss paint because only bitches us gloss and make the case all shiny, no offense to anyone who used gloss. Just read up on the proper way to primer and paint, multiple layers of paint and primer
