• Network adapter

So i reinstaled my windows and now i cant use internet. I know that i need to find my network adapters drivers but how if i dont even know my network adapters name. Ive checked the device maneger, chose network adapters and i found nothing. Dxdiag didnt help to... Any idieas ?
