What causes sudden dead skin on fingers and toes in a matter of a day or two?

A couple days ago i had a lot more dead skin on my fingers than usual. Usually i just have a tiny bit on like one or two fingers and none on my toes, but then all of a sudden i randomly had some on almost every finger and huge patches on my big toes. (Some on my other toes)

Does anyone know the cause of this?

Probably lack of moisture. I usually put a little lotion on, I know I get it on my face at times.

Could possibly be mild Eczema. You can get some kind of cream or just leave it alone and it will probably go away.
