I'm looking for a probability program that will give a 1/0,True/False,Yes/No, etc. when given a percent chance.
Anybody know where I could find one? Or what exactly I should search in Google?

Angel, honestly, I need it because I wanna play a Rise of Nations Conquer the World Campaign, but I'm too lazy to play the actual "battles." I've created a luck-based method of doing the battles with a realistic outcome, without actually playing.
In my system I have different percent chances of winning a battle, and I need a program to shit outcomes for me.

I'm finding bits of code for this "Boolean Probability Generator", but no real programs.
Why don't you just put papers in a hat or something.
It'd be just as good as a program, unless you'd need to use it hundreds of times. Even then, you'd need to write the program yourself.
