Apple, why don't you just go and create better products instead of suing anyone and their cocks for patent infringements they did not commit.

Do you even know the details? Don't just assume they're wrong because they're Apple
To take Apples patent and call it their own...
If that was the case facepunch would be all like:
I am okay with this.

Has apple given me any reason not to think they're making false accusations? Nope.
Fuck off, Apple.
Made the switch from an iPhone to an HTC recently, definitely the best move I've made when it comes to phones. I wasn't aware that a 'competitive market' meant constantly going to court with your business rivals instead of, say, making a better product?

Why stop when your sole existence is based on suing. Afaik they sued the Beatles for the name apple.

You've got it backwards, Apple was sued by Apple Corps (Beatles founded media company) over the name. The point of it is that one would think that Apple would be against arbitrary lawsuits given their history.

The whole ordeal lasted a lot longer than it was expected it, read this snippet from wikipedia.
"In 1978, Apple Corps, the Beatles-founded holding company and owner of their record label, Apple Records, filed a lawsuit against Apple Computer for trademark infringement. The suit was settled in 1981 with an undisclosed amount being paid to Apple Corps. This amount had been estimated to be US$50–US$250 million, but was later revealed to be US$80,000. As a condition of the settlement, Apple Computer agreed not to enter the music business, and Apple Corps agreed not to enter the computer business."
"In September 2003, Apple Corps sued Apple Computer again, this time for breach of contract, in using the Apple logo in the creation and operation of Apple Computer’s iTunes Music Store, which Apple Corps contended was a violation of the previous agreement."
