Xbox Arcade only at release.

They seem to have plans for a PC release eventually though.

The dev added on Twitter that SoD's PC version is still "in progress" but has "no date yet."

PC build is on the way, no word on when we'll see it yet though.

Probably a good thing too, from what I've been reading there's some technical hitches like zombies ghosting through walls a la DayZ and framerate drops, as well as texture pop-in and some invisible weapons. Nothing game-breaking but annoying nonetheless.
