Well our next president and his appointed officials don't see it as a problem, expect even less effort as a whole.

America has democracy tought, and the people are free. In china, it's not the case.

They're feeling the effects of pollution with or without global warming. It's conducive to them to nip it in the bud sooner rather than later regardless of the effects of global warming.

Someone got elected even though the other candidate had 2 million more votes. America is not a real democracy and never has been.
