Okay, here's my problem ... I can't see the links from bookmark tab, the button near the "bookmark star" isn't working. I click it, but nothing happens. I tried reinstalling Firefox, installing an older version, deleting certain files that might have been corrupt etc I can't get it to work. What should I do?
Instead of pressing that for bookmarking a page press ctrl+d to bring up a menu to choose where to svare the bookmark. I think that should work...
Get Google Chrome. :v:
This. Firefux is slow, bloated, and buggy. Try chrome, its a great browser. And for your problem, you're better off recreating your profile, or reinstalling it.
This. Firefux is slow, bloated, and buggy.
So did you break your browser or what
Firefox would break itself. It isn't as good as it used to be, and isn't very good at security
I've been using Firefox since 2006 and only once has it broken itself, and I fixed it in a week. I haven't had any issues with security in it either.

EDIT* It's something like Fast Dial.

I was also using Firefox when it was released (I got sick of Avast, and all the other crap) it just went down hill. First with the memory leak (no big deal) then after 3.2 or 3.3 I started to get stability issues with it, both on Linux and Windows platforms. But to the OP, there isn't much he can do when the functions stop working like that. I believe reinstalling FF would do the best for the issue, or stripping out some of the extensions you have loaded, especially if you use a lot.
I use Firefox, but have also used other browsers and found that Chrome is indeed the best. I just don't like it.
