So basically you pay so that more of your friends can see your posts? What the fuck.
So basically you pay so that more of your friends can see your posts? What the fuck.
Somehow i feel like its directed more toward every business that has a Fb page, but hey lets just jump to conclusions
I like the title given by the newsbot compared to the title+content of the article. It gives a message of "Pay to post at all" versus "pay to make your posts clearer to friends" in the actual article. A textbook example of sensationalism, kids!
Orgasms were heard outside the shareholders' room.
Didn't see this coming
sounds like what tumblr is doing except it makes more sense on tumblr than facebook
Does this mean we get to see more duckfaces?
For a second I thought this was going to be for regular posts Twitter already does this, I don't see a problem with it
I think it's a good idea. Also, the attention seekers that beg for likes can take advantage.
Just as long as they don't make anything bypass block filters I'll be okay. I don't want to get Farmville popping up again.
Still a stupid idea no matter how you word it.
this is a dumb idea and they will make millions off this
I don't see anything wrong with this, but hey, that's probably because I live in my tiny 50 friend facebook bubble, where everyone turns off automatic posts and everything is good and we actually use Facebook for what it was supposed to be used, sharing what's going on with our lives and what we're thinking at the moment.
I misread the title as Facpunch. I got scared a little bit.
Seems like a big waste of money to me.
FINALLY, EVERYONE WILL GET TO SEE THOSE CAT PICTURES I STOLE FROM ICANHAZCHEEZEBURGER
Really silly.
I don't use Facebook, but I think this isn't bad at all, businesses can promote theirselfs on FB this way
That's alright, now if i want to sell some shit i don't want i can force everyone to see it
That's alright, now if i want to sell some shit i don't want i can force everyone to see it
Well, except for the fact that they'll just unsubscribe from your posts.
Sounds like the same thing twitter does.
Tumblr does this as well.
Tumblr does this as well.
I was about to say, doesn't tumblr have a highlight feature? And I think this is a good idea for businesses at least
If this is purely for buisnesses then thats ok, if it's for everyone then it makes me even happier to be in the minority thats never had an FB account.
sounds like what tumblr is doing except it makes more sense on tumblr than facebook
Yeah the tumblr system only highlights a post. This sounds like FB will make your post stick out like a sore thumb. Which is stupid, because it means that FB will have a wealth gap on friends' statuses. People who have more money to spend will get more comments/likes/attention about their life than friends who don't.
Title is INCREDIBLY misleading. It's pay to promote , not pay to post , and even if the title is wrong I still think it's a fucking incredbily stupid idea.
I don't see a problem with this, as long as the posts don't appear from people I've hidden or whatever.
These P2W Bastards keep owning me in Team Likematch. :(
Facebook is just getting worse and worse in my opinion, I only use it to talk to my friends and arrange things.
