This might be a bit odd, but I'm looking for a specific poster. I saw it in a library, and all I remember from it was it said something like "Black man, red man, yellow man, German." I've tried looking online but I can't find anything, so I thought someone from here might know where to find it.

Thats quite an interesting library you have there.
Sounds like cold war propaganda, possibly western "red fear".. The "black man" is the one that makes me think otherwise.
Unless it's just describing the german flag?

im pretty sure it wasn't war propaganda, there wasn't anything that made it look war-related and it looked like it was made pretty recently. me and a friend asked the librarian about the poster once and she said it meant "anyone can be german" or something
