For use with mainly source games but others too such as STALKER and DNF (when it's released of course)

OS is 64 bit right? Also, are you ok with a small monitor with 1440x900 resoluion (18.5-20 inches)?

Also I don't really mind what resolution, the highest I've ever used has been 1366x768 so anything higher is perfectly okay!

Don't build on carpets/wear woolen socks while building and you will be fine.
No anti static wristband required. Just build close to where you gonna use it (so you don't have any worry of dropping it, a mistake I made as I had to bring it down some stairs which was scary) and don't build on carpet.
1) Don't build on carpet/rug
*Build on tile or wood preferably
2) Touch a metal object that is grounded to the floor before building and once in a while during to discharge electricity
3) Use standoffs, do not forget standoffs I swear
If anyone else posts in here, can you help me give Espio some tips? Also watch some tutorials on Youtube, I forgot this one guy's name but he had really good tutorials. It was like "something Boston".

Yeah that guy. Also, I'd get the case Finley suggested. But Finley wouldn't you rather have a better PSU with a slightly slower GPU (5770)? I mean a 5770 will run all the STALKERs really well. And the motherboard: I don't think it's a good idea to cheap out on motherboards.
Well what are the advantages of a better PSU against a better GPU
I understand the better GPU would just be able to handle games a little better but what would a better PSU do?

A better PSU is more efficient, silent or has a modular design, never cheap out on your PSU, it will blow up in your face if you do so.
The basiq is a perfectly good PSU and it's modular, which the other isn't. As you can see from this review there is a pretty big gap (10-15 FPS) between the two cards [url]http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/graphics/2010/07/12/nvidia-geforce-gtx-460-768mb-gpu-review/8[/url]. I've already saved money in other places so ideally you'd get the xfx PSU and the 460, but as the basiq is fine I'd get the better card if you can't expand your budget
I would get all the things Finley suggested if you want to lower the price for somewhat same performance, but in my opinion it's always good to get a nice motherboard.

CPU backplate cutout, better cable management (which was almost nonexistant on the 300)

Sorry, I'm not able to have the extra money because of how much it's costing to send them back, it's not worth sending the 300 back either because that's the heaviest object so it'll cost me £15 to send the case alone :( which gives me all of £2 to send everything else
Luckily the graphics card and psu and motherboard are light(ish) so it won't be such a big price meaning I can still get the other graphics card etc
Would the better GPU be compatible with the motherboard I was getting originally?
Because I could just make some extra money and it would be less hassle than returning loads of heavy things (namely the PSU and Motherboard)
