Because of money i'm considering choosing an AMD build, i'm wondering what would be the performance decrease in games at the same GHZ level.
The powersupply is not one of the main brands e.g corsair. But isn't Novatech quite a renowned company? ( it says it has 4 x 12 V rail's)
I'm running at 1680 x1050, but ill be getting a new 1080p monitor soon, that's why the new gfx. What are peoples experience with 5850 vs 5870?

I've used the 330 before, it was too small for me really!
Well then, keep that case you posted and make these changes.

5870 isn't worth the money over a 50, if you had excess room in the budget it might be worth it but IMO it's better to put that money towards a second 5850 in the future
whether or not novatech is a decent company has nothing to do with their PSUs, like most stores they probably stick their name on some shitty no-name PSU, go with the ModXStream

the SSD is entirely unnecessary, I'm sure you could suffer slightly longer boot times to save a decent chunk
@ghostofme the stealthxstream only has 1 PCI-E connector, the Modxstream is worth the extra cost plus 600W would be helpful for future upgrades e.g a second 5850

Ahhh yes. You're right.
I didn't considered that.
Should I just go with 2 640 gb Western digitals in raid 0 rather than the ssd?

I personally would go with Raid 0.
