Worth getting an 80mm fan for the back of my case?

I have a 120mm fan at the front of my case sucking air into the case.
Then there's the PSU, mounted at the top.
Here's some pics, sorry for the crappy quality, it was a phone camera :ohdear:

A back 80mm fan looks as if it can be mounted at the back of the case:

Here's my HWMonitor idle temps:

Do you think it would be worth it? Would it make it much cooler? (Oc'ing :c00l:)
If so, can anyone recommend a fan?
Which plug would it go into on the motherboard?
Before anyone says anything, it IS ATX, just upside down :v:
what the fuck
flip it right side up and get a new case
What on earth is TMPIN1?
Your temps all seem fine except for that one, and then it depends what it is on whether it's bad or not and whether a rear fan would even help.
Fans are so cheap you may as well get one anyway.

No, this one is brushed aluminium, with front and back lights that let me select 20 different colours.

I had a look around on a few sites, it seems to be the northbridge but when I felt the heatsink it was cool.
Must be a faulty sensor.

Or the heatsink isn't connected properly. Either way I wouldn't worry about it but you could pick up an 80mm fan for like £3 anyway.
Do you reckon I could OC a bit? :buddy:
