3.0.1 update deleted apps, won't resync apps on computer.

What apps and are they still in the app store?

They're in the Applications tab and the Sync tab. It says that it syncs them but nothing shows up.

If the applications are ticked and they're not syncing, first try uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes. If that doesn't work, you're going to have to reinstall 3.0.1.
