Something is wrong with the left ear on my headphones

when i press the left side of my headphones (panasonic htf600) against my ear something kind of pops out in there, and my sound sounds a bit muffled

i can pop it back in but it'll end up popping out again

right side is fine

i have no idea how headphones work
help please

I remember reading on someone elses thread that headphones can sometimes have something that pops out of place. As for fixing it I'm not sure, you may need a new pair but I would wait for any more responses
