I'd probably either buy the collectors edition of a movie or game that i wanted or just buy a bunch of games or movies that I've been wanting to play for years by couldn't because of monitary reasons. I just realised how generic my answer is. Goddamn, I'm a boring person.

Bought me a 20€ video game and a 25€ season pass as a gift for a friend My tip is : be frugal and save up for that awesome deal on that thing you wanted
