COD5 ..."DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error"

Hi...i get this error "DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error. Check the readme for possible solutions"
while playing 3rd mission of cod5 and i installed the dx9 from call of duty 5's disk but it didn't solve the problem..anyone would help plxz?
P.S = i can play the 1st and 2nd missions and have no errors
and here is my system info :
CPU=3.2/1GB Ram/Geforce 7600 512Mb
and with no laggs
2nd P.S= xD i played COD 4 withouth any errors
3rd P.S= i like COD4 more than the damn 5 one
4th P.S = HELP MEE

Oh i got it ....updated video driver and it solved my problem IT WORKEDDDDDDDDDDDD
