My youtube account got hacked and my steam got hacked in 2 days time. - General

i managed to get back my steam account and was surprised to see he didnt cheat on it but now i want to login into my fucking youtube but i cant. just look at my favourites. [url]http://www.youtube.com/user/camp0r182[/url] somebody is fucking with my i think he is able to see every password i type on the pc. how can i get my youtube back it means alot to me.

Get a decent antivirus Or, if you want to be really safe, just format your PC (careful making backups, we never know where the keylogger is)

i think i already deleted the keylogger the moment i downloaded it. it was in the steam folder. but while the keylogger was on there i logged in into youtube and steam so thats why the hacker might still have those passwords. i got my steam back but now all i need is my youtube and that's very important to me. If you use the same password for a lot of different logins then all he needed to do is get that 1 password then they'll have access to the lot. Remember to use a few different passwords and rotate them often. You may have been phished? Do you remember following any links you recieved in emails, pop-ups or anything like it? Most anti-viruses would pick up a keylogger so unless it's already gone, I doubt it was that. I'm guessing it was user-error. You leaving something logged in somewhere or being phished.

Don't take any "free flashdrives" that your friend gave you, especially leaving them plugged in ;)

ever herd of steam support? they got one of my steam accounts back if u just send atleast pic of one of ur steam game cd key then they'll send u a ticket id. use a sticky or a small sheet of paper and rite that id down then take another photo with the cd key and ticket id then send them that. after bout a week or so they'll send u a generic password if they aprove the account is urs. if u bought all ur games online... (sad man, sad.....) idk how u can prove the games is urs. probs u should scan the C-card bill with the game purchase. lol.. hope it helps
